Website and Inquiry Terms
This website provides information about photo booth services offered by The Timeless Capture Booth Co.. Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a date or create a service contract. Availability, pricing, scope, payment terms, and cancellation terms are confirmed separately in a written proposal or booking agreement.
SMS Program
When you check the optional text-message consent box on our website, you agree to receive conversational text messages from The Timeless Capture Booth Co. about your inquiry, quote, booking, and event coordination. We do not use this consent for unrelated promotional campaigns. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies, typically up to 4 messages per month. Additional direct replies may occur during active event coordination. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt Out and Help
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. After you send STOP, you may receive one confirmation message and then no further messages unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help. You can also call 215-980-0285 or email S.ajaj85@timelesscapturebooth.com.
Privacy
