The Timeless Capture Booth Co. serves weddings, corporate events, school celebrations, and milestone parties across Greater Philadelphia and South Jersey. We bring the booth to your venue; there is no storefront or public studio to visit.
Our job is bigger than taking a good picture. It is making the entire experience easy: recommending the right booth for the room, designing every visual detail, coordinating with the venue, and keeping guests moving once the event begins.

What Every Booking Can Expect
A staffed experience
A professional attendant delivers, sets up, runs, and breaks down the booth. Your venue and your guests always have a real person to work with.
Designed for your event
Print templates, start screens, overlays, and brand elements are created around your colors and approved before the event. English, Spanish, and bilingual designs are available.
Clear before you book
Our public pricing, three-hour minimums, service area, space requirements, and included features are available before you send an inquiry.
Prepared for the venue
We confirm floor space, power, load-in, and timing before the day. Timeless Capture is fully insured for professional, school, and private event venues.
Real Work, Not Stock Promises
The guests, prints, backdrops, and templates shown throughout this site come from real Timeless Capture events. Our gallery includes complete groups from a Philadelphia alumni banquet and a Class of 2026 graduation so you can judge the lighting, print design, and guest experience for yourself.
We publish package rates and what each rental includes because an event vendor should be easy to evaluate. Compare our packages and pricing, read the independent reviews on WeddingWire, and call us directly with anything the site does not answer.
Where We Work
Our core service area includes Philadelphia, Montgomery, Delaware, Bucks, and Chester counties, the Main Line, and South Jersey. Most of that area is inside our standard service zone. If your venue falls outside it, any travel charge is quoted before you book.
