From backyard parties to school-wide events
Graduation season covers two very different jobs. There is the private party in a backyard or rented hall, where the graduate's friends and family gather and the booth is the entertainment. And there is the school-side event, from proms and senior nights to district-wide celebrations and alumni gatherings, where the booth has to serve hundreds of students in a short window.
We do both, and we come fully insured for school venues, gyms, and banquet halls. For a big school event the priority is throughput, since the line forms fast and the window is short. Unlimited sessions are standard and our attendant keeps the queue moving so the booth serves the whole class rather than the first forty students.
Class-year customization
Every template is custom, so prints carry the school colors, the class year, the graduate's name, and, with permission, the school logo or mascot. It turns a photo strip into a graduation keepsake students actually keep rather than a generic print.
Open-air setups are the right call here, because they fit the whole friend group in a single frame instead of splitting a crew across two shots. The Timeless Snap keeps a line moving with prints in about ten seconds, and the Infinite 360 adds a video moment when you want the celebration to feel like an event.
Timing, space, and setup
Graduation season is compressed into May and June, and dates go fast, so booking early is the difference between getting your date and getting a callback. If your party date is set, reach out and we will hold it.
Our booths need about eight by eight feet for the snap and mirror booths, closer to ten by ten for the 360, and a standard outlet. For a backyard party we bring our own studio lighting and just ask for a covered spot with power. Pricing starts at $199 per hour for the Timeless Snap, $249 for the Infinite 360, and $299 for the Reflections Mirror, each with a three-hour minimum.
