How the AI booth works
The capture is ordinary: good light, one clean frame, the same as any of our booths. Everything interesting happens after. The image runs through a generative model trained to transform a portrait into a chosen style while keeping the person recognizable, which is the hard part and the part cheaper setups get wrong.
Turnaround is roughly thirty seconds per portrait. That is slower than a print booth and it changes the rhythm of the experience, because guests wait and watch rather than grabbing a strip and leaving. In practice that is a feature. A small crowd forms around the screen to see what everyone turns into.
